EXCLUSIVE: Monstro Mechanica #4

EXCLUSIVE: Monstro Mechanica #4

A new series starring Leonardo da Vinci, his female apprentice, Isabel, and their wooden robot!

The machine is on a rampage through the streets of Volterra! As Isabel and Leonardo da Vinci ponder drastic action, Lorenzo Medici arrives in the city—and doesn’t like what he finds.

From creators Paul Allor (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Chris Evenhuis (Wynonna Earp) comes this swashbuckling adventure story about war, identity and the birth of the modern world that HAD to be told at AfterShock!

“MONSTRO MECHANICA” is a swashbuckling adventure story, filled with humor, pathos and giant wooden robots that has something to say about humanity and society. It’s also incredibly fun, and filled with absolutely gorgeous art. You’re going to love it!” —Paul Allor.

EXCLUSIVE: Punks Not Dead #1

As if being an awkward, bullied 15-year-old isn’t bad enough, “Fergie” Ferguson suddenly discovers he can see dead people. EXCLUSIVE: Lovecraft: The Myth of Cthulhu

EXCLUSIVE: Lovecraft: The Myth of Cthulhu

Illustrated in haunting black and white over 30 years ago, these comics are re-presented in a new edition, adapting three of H.P. Lovecraft’s most famous stories involving the Cthulhu Mythos.

“The Nameless City” is considered the first story of Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos, detailing the discovery of an ancient city in the deserts of the Arabian Peninsula built by an unnamed race of reptilian beings. In “The Festival,” a man arrives at the sea town of Kingsport, Massachusetts during Christmas but finds a place eerily empty and centuries out of date. “The Call of Cthulhu” is perhaps Lovecraft’s most famous story, describing a man who, after finding the notes of his granduncle, is lead on a journey around the world in search of a mysterious and disturbing phenomenon.

  • H.P. Lovecraft is one of the most popular and influential authors of the 20th Century.
  • Advance solicited for February release!
