Every Marvel Game Currently in Development

"The world will always need heroes. We just need to re-assemble them."

So ends the dramatic teaser trailer for the new Avengers game revealed last week. A partnership between Square Enix and Marvel, this yet-unnamed project is being developed by Eidos Montreal and Crystal Dynamics. Known best for their work on the Tomb Raider series, Crystal Dynamic's involvement suggests the new Avengers game will have a heavy focus on third-person action and a mix of melee and ranged combat.

Awesome New Venom and Carnage Figures on Display at NYCC

Sideshow Collectibles is debuting a new pair of highly-detailed figures from the world of Spider-Man.

Both Venom and Carnage are currently on display at New York Comic-Con, featuring the same amazing amount of detail characteristic of a Sideshow figure. While no price has been formally announced, it's likely these will cost somewhere around $700 apiece. Check them out in the gallery below:

While we haven't seen either of the iconic villains in the MCU (yet!), Spider-Man made his debut earlier this year in Captain America: Civil War. His upcoming solo film Spider-Man: Homecoming will debut in theaters on July 7, 2017.

Gamescom 2016 Day 2 Cosplay Features Mad Max, Overwatch

Gamescom has wrapped, and there were many who flocked to Cologne, Germany to take part in one of the largest video game conventions in the world. As is custom at cons, there's plenty of awesome cosplay on display, and we're happy to bring you images of some of our favorites.

We saw some pretty impressive appearances of characters from Star Wars and The Witcher on day one, but the cosplay continued to deliver throughout the multi-day event. It's that time of year, when fans from virtually every aspect of geekdom meet together in San Diego, CA for Comic-Con, one of the largest conventions in the world. Intersecting fandoms means we see a pretty diverse array of cosplay, and we're going to highlight our favorites for each day of the show. 

The second day of Comic-Con brought with it several big announcements, including a look at the new Wonder Woman movie poster and Ghost Rider's inclusion in Agents of Shield. And of course, there was more cosplay!

5 Great Star Wars Friendships

Light sabers, space stations, mystical space wizards, and bizarre alien species. There are many elements that “make” a film feel uniquely Star Wars.

But for all the iconography of droids and spaceships, the most important element at Star Wars’ core is friendship.

It sounds really cheesy, but it’s true. Friendship and working together are a huge part of Star Wars, both on the light and dark sides of the Force. So many important duos in the lore not only added a new character layer, they helped key parts of the film be all the more important.
